if you call us (and get a confirmation) 24 hours prior to the pick up or delivery.  We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee if you do not call us in advance to cancel.

Also - please check and double-check the delivery address.  If we have to contact you for information we need to know (gate code, lobby access, apartment number, etc.) we reserve the right to charge your card for the error.
